CMP Representative – Participates in field opportunity generation. Must be able to start the conversation with a potential customer. CMP Reps should be outgoing with a friendly attitude. Reps may be assigned to a static venue, a show, door-to-door campaigning, or any combination. Must be able to stand for periods of up to 5 hours, walk long distances, and be exposed to outdoor conditions. Currently seeking CMP candidates in Denver, Orange County, Dallas and Phoenix. Team Lead – Supervises a crew of field based employees. Ensures that CMP reps are stocked with needed materials. Sets team schedule and updates team calendar. Trains new CMP reps in the field, and collects opportunities with the team. Ensures field team is meeting defined quotas and goals. Reports to assigned DFO daily with reports of activity and numbers data. May be required to travel as part of duties. For more information or to apply please click here.
Regional Manager - Oversees team leads and cmp teams in the field. Responsible for managing staff, quotas and quality. Handles HR actions and hiring of CMP reps.
